Next video shows a different way of jumping that I have never done. The different part is the last one. After doing 10 jumps, you run 20 meter trying to increase your speed. This video was filmed yesterday, 6th of December. We warmed up, we did some technique exercises, horizontal and vertical jumps, and finally, 6-5-4-3-2-1 tunnels with pause of 5 minutes. We will see if you like it.
